Anastasia Dieieva, Executive Director of CO 100% Life

Anastasia has 8 years of experience working in executive positions for governmental institutions, NGOs, and international organizations. As a governmental official, she implemented the first comprehensive gender equality policy at the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine and created an innovative mechanism combating domestic violence. She has extensive knowledge of the work of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine. As a national coordinator for the empowerment of women Anastasia launched an international movement on the promotion of gender equality in Ukraine - HeForShe (supported by UN Women). As the CEO of the biggest community-based and patients organization in Ukraine, she implemented the new standards of performance management, talent development and introduced the new CSR approaches. She acts as a mentor in several projects aiming to support women’s leadership and sustainable development in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.


Dmytro Sherembei, Founder of CO 100% Life

Dmytro was born in 1977, and has been a public figure and defender of patients' rights for 20 years. He lives with a diagnosis of HIV, has been cured of tuberculosis and hepatitis C. This has motivated him to fight for the right of patients to treatment in Ukraine. 

In 2003 he became a volunteer in the project to reduce the damage of the rehabilitation center "Stairs" in Chernihiv. In the same year he became a co-founder and later headed the first regional office of the All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH. In 2005, he was elected to the Coordinating Council of the All-Ukrainian Network of PLHIV and became Deputy Chairman, as well as representing the interests of the People Living With HIV Network at the regional, national and international levels. In 2008 he became the director of the Department of Communication, Policy, and Advocacy of the All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH. In 2011 he founded the Patient Organization “Patients of Ukraine”, which fights for access to treatment for patients with various diseases: tuberculosis, hepatitis, oncology, cystic fibrosis, autism, phenylketonuria, pulmonary hypertension, AIDS, diabetes, and others. 

Since 2012, he has been an international consultant and international trainer on advocacy and access to Soros Foundation treatment. Since 2015, he has been the Head of Coordinating Council of the Charitable Organization "100 PERCENT LIFE". 

Dmytro was awarded the Bonnie Devlin Memorial 2009 Scholarship at the International Harm Reduction Conference in Bangkok (April 2009). In 2011 he was awarded at the European AIDS Conference for his invaluable contribution to the fight against the epidemic, courage and perseverance in defending the interests of HIV-positive people in Ukraine to the state. He received the title of "Man of the New Age 2017" for a breakthrough in the fight against HIV and AIDS in Ukraine.


Jessica Bleyzer, Executive Board member of DAAR Charitable Foundation

Jessica Bleyzer serves as Director of Development on the Executive Board of DAAR Charitable Foundation, a US-registered 501(c)(3) providing critical aid to Ukraine. She is also a Partner and Director at SigmaBleyzer Investment Group, LLC, a Houston-based private equity firm with over USD 1 bn invested in Ukraine, as well as various investments in the US biotechnology space. At SigmaBleyzer, Jessica spearheads strategic initiatives, including new business development and thought leadership. She previously worked in management consulting at Germany-based Roland Berger, where shed led strategic projects for Fortune 500 companies. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.


Igor Konstantinovsky, Kyiv-Based Impact Investor

Igor is a Kyiv-based entrepreneur and impact venture investor approaching business through the lens of catalyzing positive systems change in the fields of health, climate, food, education, and others. Over the last month, he has shifted his focus entirely towards fundraising to support Ukraine as well as advising donors on fund placement within Ukraine. 

Igor started his career with Merrill Lynch’s emerging markets team in London and is currently leading investment strategy within Cognic/Visive Ventures, a private investment firm. He is also an advisor/board member of the Javari Project, a nonprofit focused on the Javari Territory in Brazil, home to the world's largest population of uncontacted people.
