Our unique assessment process identifies areas of improvement and develops customized treatment plans for individual companies.

JumpScale’s human-centered, data-driven methodology starts with an evaluation of an investor’s portfolio wellness. We review privately-held companies and organizations in the portfolio using more than fifty measurable indicators we’ve identified to anticipate burnout and other forms of organizational distress.

We pull from our diverse group of providers in our trusted network to best deliver on our treatment plans. JumpScale periodically performs reassessments of these indicators and continues to monitor the wellness of investor portfolios.

Startup and growth-stage impact companies have high failure rates, increasing their risk profile for investors. Founders and other employees of impact companies often sacrifice their health and well-being for the mission of the company. Fast Company recently reported that one in five ‘highly engaged’ workers experienced some form of burnout. It’s been estimated that the financial cost of burnout in the US alone is more than $300 billion a year in absenteeism, turnover, diminished productivity, and medical, legal, and insurance costs.

Bottom line: leaders burn out, teams break down, and the financial bottom line suffers. We believe that long-term business success requires the resilience and health of leaders and teams. JumpScale’s preventative measures identify and treat the root causes of organizational distress.
