Anna Bartlett
Anna Bartlett is passionate about partnering with non-profits and purpose-driven companies and initiatives to bring her extensive experience to advance their missions.
During her nearly 18-year tenure at the entrepreneurial global non-profit Rare, Anna contributed to its scaling from a $6M annual budget to a thriving $40M organization. She played key roles as Chief of Staff, Vice President, and Chief Development Officer, serving on the C-Suite Executive Leadership Team for over a decade and collaborating with colleagues across a dozen countries. She managed the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees, led strategic planning and annual budgeting processes, cultivated organizational culture, planned events and remote international site visits, authored and edited internal and external communications, and drove philanthropic success including meeting annual revenue targets often exceeding $20M/year.
Anna thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented and collaborative environments and loves working with kind, driven people. She provides hands-on support to mission-driven initiatives through special projects and long-term part-time roles.
She holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Washington, DC with her husband, two daughters, and dog. She loves crosswords and games and enjoys running and hiking in nearby woods.
