Jumpscale’s monthly membership offerings account for organizational and individual needs and are customized specifically to you and your team, ensuring that you get exactly the support you require.
Through our initial assessment and intake process, we will identify and match your company with our most aligned practitioners to serve as your personal team of coaches, advisors, facilitators and guides. Your support team will grow and change with you, providing responsive support that evolves with your needs.
Individual Membership
This plan is ideal for an organization looking to support one executive member on their team and is tailored to help navigate opportunities, challenges, and growth. Our individual membership includes:
A personal assessment to identify your biggest challenges and growth points. This will help serve as the roadmap for our ongoing work and evaluation of progress.
3 coaching and/or strategy sessions per month. Meet 1:1 with your coaches and advisors to get support on your most pressing challenges, develop your leadership skills, and create space for your own personal and professional growth.
Email or text check-ins with your coaches between sessions. Your coaches and advisors are always available between sessions to support you as needed.
Facilitated Team Workshops. If you want to build in some organizational support and capacity building for your full team, your membership can include a monthly facilitated workshop as one of your 3 monthly sessions.
Team Membership
Our team plan is ideal for supporting 3+ members of your team and will be designed around your unique challenges and needs. Our team membership includes:
An organizational assessment to identify your biggest challenges and growth points. This will help serve as the roadmap for our ongoing work and evaluation of progress.
A minimum of 6 coaching and/or strategy sessions per month. This can also include additional sessions depending on team size and number of people you want to support. Through our intake process, we will identify which team members you want to include, what challenges they are experiencing, and then match them with the best practitioners for their needs.
Email or text check-ins with your coaches between sessions. You and your team can get direct support as needed from your coach and advisory team throughout the month.
Monthly insights report. Developed with insights from your practitioners, this custom monthly report surfaces challenges, growth points and potential blindspots, giving you a deeper purview into your organization. We will use this monthly touch point to identify specific organizational areas to focus on as you grow.
Facilitated Workshops: Your plan can also include regular facilitated training for your whole team. We will work with you to uncover areas your company could use support and pull from our library of workshop offerings for team training, capacity building and wellness support.
Custom Membership
If your company is at a pivot point, you’re starting to move in a new direction, or you’re in need of hyper specific support in a certain area of your business, Jumpscale can work with you on a custom monthly offering.
