Our human-centered, data-driven methodology starts with an evaluation of your company’s pain points and growth opporunities, using more than fifty measurable indicators we’ve identified to anticipate burnout and other forms of organizational distress.

We then pull from our diverse network of practitioners, advisors and coaches to support you as you implement our plan to navigate your current challenges, crystalize your strategy and build capacity for yourself and your team. JumpScale periodically performs reassessments of these indicators and continues to monitor them during our work together.

Startup and growth-stage impact companies have high failure rates, increasing the risk for founders and investors. Executives and employees of impact companies often sacrifice their health and well-being for the mission of the company. Fast Company reported several years ago that one in five ‘highly engaged’ workers have experienced some form of burnout, and nearly 80% of employees are at risk of burning out in 2024. It’s been estimated that the financial cost of burnout in the US alone is more than $300 billion a year in absenteeism, turnover, diminished productivity, and medical, legal, and insurance costs.

When employees are burned out they often quit their jobs, and it’s expensive to replace them. The costs associated with replacing an employee can be one-half to two times their annual salary.

Bottom line: leaders burn out, teams break down, and the financial bottom line suffers. We believe that long-term business success requires the resilience and health of leaders and teams. JumpScale’s preventative measures identify and treat the root causes of organizational distress.
