For over fifteen years, Cassandra Ferrera’s passion and leadership have helped illuminate the pathway towards a future beyond the limitations of private property. 

Leveraging her long career in conventional real estate, Cassandra serves as a JumpScale Senior Advisor and helps her clients identify, clarify and manifest visionary land projects.  Undaunted by complexity, Cassandra offers a grounded, robust capacity to support values-driven place-based projects. Having pioneered the field of cooperative real estate, Cassandra focuses her real estate career on helping people walk the bridge from the current model of dominion-based land ownership into a sacred, intimate and cooperative experience of living in place. Cassandra facilitates diverse collectives of people as they work together inside of conventional and creative legal frameworks.  She helps them relate to each other and to the land by generating collaboratively-developed sacred and narrative contracts. With a very holistic orientation, Cassandra can hold the complexity of where your desire to live more deeply into your values meets the reality of your family, wealth and land stewardship circumstances. Supporting you in using collaborative legal frameworks to safely transition into a more connected lifestyle rooted in land and community. Some of her more notable accomplishments include:
