Resilience Circles

JumpScale Resilience Circles Build Support and Success for Native Entrepreneurs

JumpScale's Resilience Circles are a custom program specifically equipped to reinforce the organizational wellbeing and success of growing organizations. Our innovative approach features culturally-tailored wellbeing capacity-building services embedded within a business growth accelerator.

The Resilience Circles Framework™ has garnered widespread recognition for its effectiveness in addressing systemic challenges. The program has advanced reparative investments in Indigenous innovation and community well-being by integrating local Indigenous expertise, trauma-informed practices, business ecosystems, and impact capital.

Our pilot Resilience Circles program, in partnership with Spruce Root, connected cohorts of Alaska Native and Native American entrepreneurs to customized teams of cross-sector partners, technical services, organizational wellbeing support and capital. This culturally relevant program is designed in collaboration with impact partners and is directed and advised by Native leaders who deeply understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities in Indian Country.

The success of the Resilience Circles Alaska pilot— including a $6m donation to Spruce Root from Mackenzie Scott’s Yield Giving Foundation— has also spurred a global collaboration. Spruce Root is partnering with JumpScale and its funding partners to expand the program into other communities worldwide. The framework’s ability to blend Indigenous wisdom with modern economic tools positions it as a model for community-driven development beyond Alaska.
