In 2023, JumpScale and Native CDFI Spruce Root launched the first organizational Resilience Circles to support Alaska Native impact companies and NGOs. Our 2023 Impact Report is available here. Resilience Circles is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive program that enhances the wellbeing and success of growing Native-led organizations. Our goal is to strengthen the capacities of Alaska Native enterprises for ecosystem guardianship, long-term economic resilience, comprehensive wellbeing, and community mental health. The Opportunity to Scale Native Business and Wellbeing
Alaska Native and Native American entrepreneurs are an essential part of building a regenerative and thriving economy rooted in wellbeing. With basic access to capital, networks, and culture-based wellbeing services, Native American entrepreneurship will grow, resulting in ripple effects throughout tribal communities, as well as the broader business ecosystem. The time is now for Alaska Natives and Native Americans to receive priority access to reparative resources and collective healing support. JumpScale's Resilience Circles are a custom program specifically equipped to reinforce the organizational wellbeing and success of growing organizations. Our innovative approach features culturally-tailored wellbeing capacity-building services embedded within a business growth accelerator.
Resilience Circles connect cohorts of Alaska Native and Native American entrepreneurs to customized teams of cross-sector partners, technical services, organizational wellbeing support and capital. This culturally relevant program is designed in collaboration with impact partners and will be directed and advised by Native leaders who deeply understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities in Indian Country.
